ACCOMMODATION

The cottage is set in large gardens overlooking open countryside with wonderful views, and you have exclusive use of the above-ground swimming pool.

The ground floor has tiled floors and comprises a large sitting/dining room with the original fireplace and wood-burning stove.  The room is comfortably furnished with sofas and armchairs,  dining table, chairs and coffee tables.  There is  satellite TV/radio as well as a DVD/CD player.  There is a library of DVDs and CDs that you can use, the bookshelves are well stocked and there is a chest of games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained!

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an eye-level electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.  It is well stocked with utensils, crockery, cutlery, etc, as well as other appliances such as electric kettle, coffee machine and toaster.

The bathroom has a full-size bath with shower over, washbasin and WC.

Upstairs there are two large bedrooms, mezzanine/landing area and shower room.

The double bedroom, with views over open countryside, has a high ceiling and opening skylight with blind, as well as original exposed stonework and beam.  The room is carpeted, has a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe with hanging and shelf space.

The second bedroom, also carpeted, has original exposed stonework and beam,  two single beds, bedside tables, dressing table, chairs and wardrobe space spanning one wall.  There are two opening skylights with blinds.

The mezzanine/landing area has an opening window overlooking farmland and is furnished with a small bed, table and chest.

The shower room has a shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.
